Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2.

There are rumors allover the Internet that BLU is getting windows Phone 8.1 update 2 but it is not a first Windows Phone to get the update. lumia 640, 640XL, 830 was already reported to get the same update before BLU.
       In this update there is no big feature which was added but just some small tweaks here and there. like the "All App" button design is changed and the user can change the devoice name and there is a small change in the settings menu arrangement. the only big change is that now you can give an app a permission to use camera, mic, massage or calendar.
