Microsoft wants to bypass Carriers.

In all around the world the Microsoft formally known as Nokia is one of the company which has over 90 plus carriers contracts in hand. at first Microsoft said that it would would directly update all its devoices and will keep all the controls in its on hand but then the carriers took over the controls and delayed the update for example there are still many carriers which haven't released the Windows 8.1 denim Update. but for the Windows 10 upgrading and updated Microsoft has a new plan it will give the update to the carriers before giving to the end user so the update will be released at the same time but still there might be some carriers who will delay the update if so then Microsoft user can install the preview on the mobile and then update it to the Windows 10.
