October Might Bring New Surface 4 With Windows 10 Preloaded.

At first there were many rumors that Microsoft might release its new surface in the may but then the rumors came that Microsoft might release it in July but now the latest reports are that Microsoft wants to release its new Surface 4 after  the release of Windows 10 or might release it at the same time. some reports say that Microsoft want to release it at the same time when they release Windows 10 because some say that if it is release with Windows 8.1 preloaded then it might not achieve the targeted sale. So it will came when Windows 10 is out and came preloaded with it.
