Microsoft is planing to launch Windows 10 in over 111 countries in 6 different versions and trying to reach over 1 billion devices but there is a rumor floating around that one of the main feature of windows 10 might not be released in many countries. and that feature might be cortana which would be very bad because cortana is one of the flagship feature of Windows 10 and on the other hand Microsoft doesn't even have a flagship mobile Phone yet to go out with and besides that there are rumors that Microsoft Windows 10 for Mobiles might not be ready by the time of launch so it might reach the costumers later in 2016 with the new Lumia.
